How SYNCT compares
There are a lot of good workout trackers out there. Most of them are built for training on your own. SYNCT is built for training with the people who make you show up. Here's how we compare, honestly, including the bits where the other apps are better.
- SYNCT vs HevyTwo social workout trackers, built with different ideas of what "social" means.
- SYNCT vs StrongA classic solo logger versus a tracker with your friends built in.
- SYNCT vs LyftaTwo social lifting apps. One charges for custom exercises and the plate calculator.
- SYNCT vs StravaStrava is the social network for runners and riders. SYNCT is that, for the gym.
- SYNCT vs FitbodAn AI that writes your workouts, for a subscription, versus a free tracker built around your mates.
- SYNCT vs JEFITA long-running exercise library with ads on the free plan, versus an ad-free tracker built around your mates.

Frequently asked questions
It depends on how you train. If you train with friends, SYNCT is built for that, and logging, unlimited routines, your full history, leaderboards and clubs are all free. If you train alone and want a polished logger, Hevy and Strong are both good, but their free plans cap your saved routines at 4 and 3. If you want an app to write your workouts, Fitbod does that for a subscription.
Hevy's free plan allows 4 saved routines, 7 custom exercises and 3 months of stats graphs. Strong's allows 3 routines, with the plate calculator and full charts on PRO. Lyfta charges for custom exercises, the plate calculator and all-time progress. Strava charges for segment leaderboards and challenges with friends. Fitbod is subscription only after a free trial, and JEFIT's free plan has ads.

Yes. Everything in SYNCT today is free on the App Store and Google Play. SYNCT+ is a premium tier coming soon, with extras like post-workout analysis, progressive overload suggestions and an Apple Watch app. Logging, your feed, sharing workouts and leaderboards will always be free.
