SYNCT vs Strong
Strong is one of the best-known workout loggers: clean, quick and focused on training solo. SYNCT does the logging too, then adds the people: a friends-only feed, one-tap workout sharing, leaderboards and clubs. If you want a simple personal logbook, Strong is excellent. If you want your training partners in the app with you, choose SYNCT.

Switching from Strong
Tell SYNCT you’re coming from Strong when you sign up and it walks you through this the first time you open the app. Or start any time from Settings → Your data → Import workouts.
- Open Strong and go to Settings.
- Tap Export Strong Data.
- When the share sheet opens, tap SYNCT. On iPhone, if it isn't in the app row, tap More.
SYNCT not on the share sheet? Save the export, then tap Already exported? Choose the file. Workouts go into your logbook, routines into a Strong folder, and importing twice won’t duplicate anything.
