SYNCT vs Hevy

Hevy is a polished, popular workout logger with a big community behind it. SYNCT is built around training with your mates: a friends-only feed, one-tap workout sharing, leaderboards and clubs, with no caps on the free plan. If you mostly train solo and want a mature logger, Hevy is a great choice. If the people you train with are the reason you keep showing up, SYNCT is built for you.

Switching from Hevy

Tell SYNCT you’re coming from Hevy when you sign up and it walks you through this the first time you open the app. Or start any time from Settings → Your data → Import workouts.

  1. Open Hevy and go to Profile, then Settings.
  2. Tap Export & Import Data, then Export Workouts.
  3. When the share sheet opens, tap SYNCT. On iPhone, if it isn't in the app row, tap More.

SYNCT not on the share sheet? Save the export, then tap Already exported? Choose the file. Workouts go into your logbook, routines into a Hevy folder, and importing twice won’t duplicate anything.
