What divisions does the HYROX pacing calculator support?

Open Men, Open Women, Pro Men, Pro Women, Doubles Men, Doubles Women, and Doubles Mixed. Station loads follow the official 2025/26 HYROX rulebook for each division.

How is field placement calculated?

Accepted Answer

From Season 8 (2025–26) finish-time curves: worldwide by default, or a specific event from the compare list. The Top X% is your estimated place in that division’s finish distribution. Sample sizes vary by city and division.

Why aren’t all eight run splits the same pace?

Accepted Answer

Because race runs aren’t. Early kilometres come out quicker on fresh legs, the middle sags after the sleds, and many athletes rally slightly on the last run. Doubles stays flatter because station rest keeps legs fresher.

Are sled weights including the sled?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Loads shown in the results table match the rulebook (sled push and pull include the sled). Wall balls list ball weight and target height.

Is the pacing model a guarantee?

Accepted Answer

No. It is a guide based on typical race time shares per division. Strength, run background, and how honest your target is will move the real splits.
