HYROX Pacing Calculator

How should I pace a HYROX race? Pick your division and a target finish time for a free station-by-station plan: fatigue-adjusted run splits, station targets with official loads, cumulative clock, and where that finish would place you. No sign-up.

How to pace a HYROX race

Choose Open, Pro, or Doubles, enter a target finish time, and get a full race plan: fatigue-adjusted 1 km run splits, station targets with official 2025/26 loads, and a cumulative clock. Placement shows where that finish would rank worldwide or at a specific 2025–26 event.

The number that matters most is run pace after the sleds. If your comfortable 10k is slower than the early splits, fix the run before chasing wall-ball PBs. Race-day rule of thumb: bank nothing, go out on plan, and expect runs five to seven to feel hard. Share the clean calculator URL when you send a plan — query params are for you, not for Google.
